Key Features
Truck & Container Life Cycle Management
DHS has visibility on the lifecycle of every truck and container, end-to-end, from the point of arrival, to loading, to partially loading, to finally sealing. Teams can see real-time statuses like Empty, In Progress, Partially Filled, Loaded, and Sealed. This means accurate tracking of cargo, less operational confusion and a clear history of every movement.
Photo Upload at Critical Points
DHS gives teams the ability to take and upload photos at critical points in the handling of cargo, such as when containers are opened, how the loading is going and when they are finally sealed. These images provide a digital record of the physical condition and handling of cargo at each step. The entire photo trail enhances accountability, allows for verification and delivers useful evidence for audits or dispute resolution.
Seal Management
The seal management module captures all the container seal information including agent seals, DHS seals, seal numbers and time stamps . Teams can inspect seals at different points, so each container is properly sealed before it goes into transit. It also prevents loss or misplacement of records of seal numbers and improves cargo security and traceability.
Warehouse Integration
DHS correlates warehouse activity with truck and container activity to get the full picture of cargo moving between points. Teams make it easy to load, unload, store, and move the container from the truck to the warehouse. Real time status updates help coordinate warehouse activities smoothly, minimize delays and ensure handovers are right.
Job Validation & Completion Workflow
“DHS has a formal validation process to make sure all operational steps are taken before a job is closed.” The system verifies critical information such as photos, seal numbers, bag counts, load details, warehouse handovers.
