Low Stock Alerts & Smart Dashboard View
The system automatically highlights items where available stock falls below the minimum threshold. These critical items appear directly on the dashboard, with instant notifications in the header for quick action. A built-in search filter ensures users can easily locate and manage specific items efficiently.
Serial Number Based Inventory Control
The system ensures precise tracking of items by managing inventory on a serial number basis. For products requiring serial numbers, users must input them during purchase or stock entry. This prevents duplication, strengthens traceability, and enables accurate stock management across all transactions.
Comprehensive Production & By-Product Management
The system allows tracking of both raw material consumption and by-products generated during production. Once production is complete, the user must enter final comments and close the process. Upon closure, the record is locked to ensure data integrity and restrict further authorization.
Item-Wise & Serial Number-Wise Reporting
The system provides detailed reporting both item-wise and serial number-wise for complete stock visibility. Users can track each transaction, including production, sales, and returns, with accurate opening and closing balances. This ensures full traceability and helps in efficient decision-making for inventory management.
