Web View Issue on iPhone Devices
There was an incompatibility with the iPhone's web view rendering, causing unexpected behavior in the user interface.

Fixed view handling issues on certain iOS versions by updating front-end code for WebKit compatibility and responsive design, ensuring support across all iPhone models.
Email Sending Issue via Server SMTP
We encountered problems sending emails through our server's SMTP configuration, resulting in failed or delayed message delivery.
SMTP Email Issue Resolution
After reviewing the SMTP logs and server configurations, we updated the authentication method and adjusted the port and encryption settings.
Duplicate Validations Across Multiple Stages
The system checks whether a serial number, tag, or eTag is valid at multiple stages. This creates extra work and delays in processing.
Store and Reuse Verification Results
Once a check is completed, the result should be stored temporarily and reused in the next steps, avoiding the need to perform the same check again.
Data Loss During Navigation or Refresh
When moving between screens or steps (especially on slower devices), some information might be lost, which forces re-entry of the same data or restarts the process.
Persist Key Information Temporarily
Keep key information temporarily saved throughout the full process, so it remains available even if there’s a delay, screen refresh, or minor connection issue.

Secure Email Verification
Once users are authenticated securely through email based OTP verification, the app has access to account and device information. It sends a unique verification code to the registered email address that stops unauthorized access. This enables an easy, secure login experience, without the additional, unwanted complexity for users.
Real-Time Device Information
The app, once verified, will show users detailed information of their registered devices. The relevant information about the device is displayed in a clean interface giving the user a quick view of the current state of the device and related information. Centralized access minimizes manual verification and promotes transparency.
Actionable Device Requests
The platform allows to launch critical device services from within the app. Users can request services such as device supply, relocation, replacement, updates or other supported actions as per their requirements. All requests may be submitted online, which helps facilitate communication and reduce the time-consuming administrative burden.
Dynamic eTag Management
The application provides a flexible eTag management workflow for devices that do not yet have a tag assigned. Users can create a new eTag directly through the system and have it ready to print when they need it. Automated tag creation and device association allows for accurate identification records and ease day-to-day device management.
