Credit & Debit Tracking
The application makes it simple to record every credit and debit transaction in one organized place. Users can easily add amounts received, paid, lent or borrowed along with transaction details and notes. This gives a clear idea of the daily cash flow and also helps to minimize the errors involved in maintaining physical khatas.
Customer-wise Ledger
Each customer or vendor can have their own dedicated digital ledger with full transaction history. Users can view the total credit, debit, outstanding balance and previous payments of a specific contact at a glance. This structure makes it easy to manage accounts, and for end-to-end visibility of each business relationship.
Payment Reminders
The in-built payment reminders help the users to track pending and overdue amounts without the need for manual follow-ups. Supported communication channels enable users to set reminders and notify customers or vendors of upcoming or pending payments. This helps with the collection of payments and steady cash flow.
