Manual Toner Monitoring
Organizations managing hundreds or thousands of printers often depend on manual checks to monitor toner levels and determine when supplies need to be replenished. This approach is time-consuming, increases administrative effort, and can result in delayed toner replacement, causing printer downtime.
Automatic Toner Monitoring
This platform automatically synchronizes toner information from external printer management systems and continuously tracks supply levels. This enables proactive toner replenishment, reduces manual intervention, and helps ensure uninterrupted printer operations due to the automated monitoring.
Integrating External Printer Data
Printer information, toner levels, and device status are maintained in external systems that expose data through SOAP-based APIs. Collecting, validating, and integrating this information into an internal reporting platform requires a reliable and efficient integration process seems to be harder to do so.
External Backend Syncing
This system includes a dedicated backend synchronization engine that securely communicates with external SOAP APIs, processes the received data, performs validation, and stores it in the Oracle database through Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS). This ensures accurate and reliable data synchronization.
Processing High Volumes of Data Efficiently
Enterprise customers may manage thousands of printers across multiple locations, generating large volumes of device and toner information. Processing this data efficiently while maintaining system performance is a significant challenge while processing this massive data and that’s technically a big issue.
Batch Background Processing
The platform uses optimized background synchronization processes and batch-based data processing to efficiently retrieve, transform, and store large datasets. This approach minimizes processing time, reduces server load, and keeps reporting data up to date so that the data integrity will remain solid.
