The Challenges & Solutions
Automatic data punch to SAP may fail due to invalid data or network issues.
Middleware logs errors and allows manual re-punching. Admin can fix data in admin panel and re-trigger SAP sync.
Patti App users may face poor network in factory/field areas.
App includes offline data saving and syncs when online. Sync retries automatically or can be manually triggered by user.
Incorrect chalani counts, wrong checker assignments, etc.
Use of summary screens and data validation before submission. Admin panel allows reviewing and correcting data. Logs track who created/updated which entry.
Users accessing data they shouldn’t or making unintended changes.
Role-based access control in Middleware Admin. Users have limited access based on role (e.g., QC, Chalani, Admin).
Data appears late in the admin panel or SAP.
Background sync queues. Manual sync option in Patti App. Admin can view sync logs to check when data was synced.
Hard to trace who did what and when.
Activity logs in both Patti App and Middleware. Each data entry logs creator, timestamp, and status.
Frequent changes in master data leads to inconsistency.
Centralized management in Middleware Admin. API updates reflect master changes in both apps in real time or during sync.

Branch Management: Easy to use central dashboard to add, edit and maintain branch details like codes, names, locations and contacts. Its systematic record keeping and easy retrieval and secure updates make the branch operations much easier.
Activity Logs & Sync Monitoring
Activity Logs & Sync Monitoring tracks all user and system activities in real time. It is transparent and quickly identifies problems and monitors synchronization processes to ensure that data is accurate, secure and reliable across platforms.
