Broker Management
The platform includes a fully featured broker management system that allows administrators to register, verify, approve, suspend and monitor brokers easily. Each broker has a profile with subscription information, properties listed, inquiries and business activity. This central management process makes the growing network of real estate professionals more transparent and easier to manage.
Property Management
This easy-to-use management system allows administrators and brokers to create, update and organize properties for residential, commercial, rental and sale efficiently. View full details for each property including descriptions, pricing, photos, features, location specifics and availability status. This is a great way to keep the property listings up-to-date, organized and easy to search which benefits both the brokers and the customers.
Subscription Management
The system has a flexible subscription module where in the administrators are able to create and manage multiple membership plans for the brokers. For each subscription we can customize the price, term length, features and renewal options. Automated activation, expiry monitoring and subscription management means less manual administration and consistent income streams.
Customer Inquiry Management
The admin panel automatically tracks and segregates customer's queries on flutter app. Admin & brokers can view inquiries, assign follow ups, change inquiry status and keep a complete communication history. This faster process enhances lead handling and response time so that more inquiries can be converted into successful property transactions.
Deal Management
The deal management module allows companies to track the life cycle of each real estate transaction. One dashboard provides administrators with buyer information, broker activity, deal progression and transaction history.
