Admin Dashboard for Order & Payment Management
The True Value Irrigation System Dashboard gives you a good view of orders and payments. It shows completed orders, stages pending, overall payment status. This leads to fast tracking of progress and better decision making. Order notifications and important updates.
Multi-Level User Management
True Value Irrigation System has defined eight roles and their responsibilities are as follow. The platform is monitored by the Admin and Super Admin and Dealers, ASM and State Coordinators handle the operations related to farmers and materials. Account role approves payments, Dispatch ensures smooth logistics and Technical Stage reviews BOQ, design and keeping the process efficient and transparent.
Role-Based Access Control
The system has role based permission management for all modules to ensure that access is secure and controlled. Admins can create granular create, read, update, delete (CRUD) permissions This flexibility balances data security and the ability of users to perform their duties effectively.
Delivering Transparency with State-Wise Pricing Management
The system keeps the materials with state wise pricing and unique code for the materials for easy identification. All details can be uploaded via an excel sheet thereby enabling quick bulk updates. Prices are auto-controlled according to the uploading date, keeping records accurate and up to date.
Order Reporting & Insights
The reporting module provides a complete picture of all orders with key information such as dealer, farmer, order type and MIS area. Basic filters for dealer, order status and dispatch status for easy tracking. It provides you with real-time data and export options that facilitate easier and efficient monitoring and decision making.
